Responsibilities and Duties:

• »Counsel students/parents inquiring about the course details.
• »Convert queries into sales and maintain a record of all conversions.
• »Gaining knowledge about all the programs & courses of the school.
• »Work towards achieving the target/goal set by the management.
• »Working well with marketing and support team in achieving company goals.
• »Handling Call/Chat requests from users and answering their queries.
• »Persuasive, Believer, Smart Worker, Good looking and Pleasing Personality.
• »Fluent Communication, MS - Excel, MS-Office, Letter Drafting etc.
• »Should have good knowledge about board curriculum and competitive exam.
• »Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries they might have during the phone conversations.
• »Queries into sales and maintain a record of all conversions.
