Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties:

• »Boys & Girls Hostel Supervision in coordination with Superintendent & Admin Manager.
• »Communication with Parents and Students when instructed by the School Authorities time to time.
• »Checkrooms allotted to the students at Hostel.
• »Canteen Management by checking quality & distribution of the food in coordination with Canteen Supervisor.
• »Controlling and Monitoring Self Study of the Students after School Hours.
• »Managing parents visit to hostel, canteen, campus visit, classrooms & motivating for admissions.
• »To look after the welfare & grievances of the students as per the feedback.
• »Manage the upkeep of equipment related to Fire safety.
• »Ensuring regular Post Control & Housekeeping smoothly done regularly.
• »Distribution of Uniforms to students of 11th & 12th Class during induction in charge wardens.
• »Overall Floor Monitoring of the Hostel.
• »Control activities like living space allocation, waste disposal, building, security etc.
• »Exam Invigilating duty. Provide assistance to School whenever required.
• »Registers Management.
• »Day to day responsibilities as entrusted time to time by the admin dept & School Authorities.
• »Supervising everyday basis calling of the students to parents from 4.00 pm to 6.30 pm for a stipulated time.
• »Monitoring the students in Sundays, holidays, school events etc.
• »Calling to Parents related to feedback of parents & fees dues for collection from parents.
